How to Get Big Muscles Quick – Avoid This Muscle Building Error

Most people think that in order to get big muscles, you need to spend various hours at the gym, in other words, the more time you workout the bigger you will get. This affirmation is completely wrong. You can achieve muscle mass gain by training no more than 1 hour 4 times a week, depending on the program you are following.
In order to achieve maximum muscle gain, it is also vital to feed your muscles with a balanced nutrition plan and adequate rest.
One key for muscle growth is your testosterone level, the more testosterone you have when following a training cycle, the faster your muscles will grow. Testosterone tend to drop while you train, but if you know how to manage the time and intensity of training, then testosterone will remain in your body and make your muscles get bigger in a shorter amount of time.
To get big muscles you have to stimulate them with a series of anaerobic exercises, but without exceeding your training time. Your training goal is to stimulate your muscles, not over train them.
I suffered the experience of over-training. I used to train approximately 2 hours everyday without experiencing the muscle growth I desired. I was burning my muscles. This is when I realized that I needed help, I needed a complete muscle-building program that taught me how to eat, train, and sleep.
