You need to remember that quality is much more important than the quanity. If you do workout the way it should be, you can save yourself from doing more reps. It’s mentioned above but a healthy diet and cardiovascular workouts are so important in that they eat away at the layer of fat between the skin and abs, allowing you to show off those muscles developed through these exercises! Also rest is so important.
